- 1966: Sanyo Electric pioneers the pharmaceutical-grade refrigerator setting the standard for quality and innovation in biomedical research.
- 2012: Panasonic Healthcare acquires Sanyo's healthcare division, ushering in a new era of advanced preservation and incubator technologies.
- 2014: Panasonic Healthcare is carved out from Panasonic Group.
