Decided today at the Board of Directors Meeting, changes as of April 1 are subject to approval at the Extraordinary Shareholders General Meeting and the Board of Directors Meeting to be held on March 28, with changes as of June 27 subject to approval at the Ordinary Shareholders General Meeting to be held on June 27.
