These include Customers, Employees/Families, Shareholders/Investors (Financial Institutions), Business Partners/Vendors/Suppliers/Agents, Government/Municipalities/Government Institutions/Industry Associations, Local Communities, Future Generations, the Environment (Silent Stakeholder), and Media.

The process for identifying these stakeholders was as follows:

  2. Categorize stakeholders based on their roles and relationships with our organization.
  3. Evaluate each stakeholder group based on their relationship with PHC Group, their influence on our business activities, and our ESG commitments to identify the key stakeholders vital to driving sustainable growth and delivering value to all.
Relationship The strength and depth of the existing interconnection between PHC Group and each stakeholder.
Influence The degree to which each stakeholder group has the potential to impact PHC Group’s business activities, financial and non-financial performance, and brand value.
