PHC Group Announces Support for Victims of January 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake
At PHC Group, our thoughts are with the people in Japan affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake on January 1. We are grateful that all of our employees in the area are safe, and we will continue to monitor the situation to ensure that our businesses in Japan can continue delivering healthcare solutions to providers and the patients they serve.
Since the earthquake, PHC Group has been supporting affected medical institutions in the area, including providing repair services to customers using our Medicom products (healthcare IT services) and delivering test kits. PHC Group will also donate ¥5 million (approx. $34,000 USD) to assist people directly affected by this disaster.
We are committed to supporting the health and safety of the communities where we live and work, and hope for a quick recovery and restoration of the affected area.
