PHC Group Achieves Group 1 Rating in Morningstar Japan ex-REIT Gender Diversity Tilt Index
PHC Group has been named to the highest scoring group of companies in the Morningstar Japan ex-REIT Gender Diversity Tilt Index, developed by Morningstar Inc.

Morningstar Inc., a leading investment research provider, offers Morningstar Indexes to help investors and investment advisors identify investment opportunities that align with their goals. One of these indexes, the Morningstar Japan ex-REIT Gender Diversity Tilt Index, identifies companies based in Japan that incorporate gender diversity into their corporate culture and provide equal opportunities to employees regardless of gender.
This index leverages the Gender Equality Scorecard™ developed by Equileap, a provider of evaluation data on gender equality. Companies are screened across multiple criteria, including equal compensation, work-life balance, policies promoting gender equality, and transparency. Based on their scores, companies are categorized into five groups, and PHC Group has been named to Group 1, the highest-scoring group. This designation reflects PHC Group’s efforts in areas such as implementing maternity and childcare-related programs, promoting career development, and recruitment.
